After my right rear vision mirror was broken by hail last week I had to find the cheapest way to replace it as I am a pensioner and a female to boot! I would just like to send you a quick note to say how impressed I am with the service that your company has provided. The service provided to me in my initial enquiry was extremely helpful and professional. There was a miscommunication and the wrong size engine was used to select the part. I have spoken with Dave M again today in regards to returning the part and he was extremely professional and never tried to attribute blame for the error in the order of the part, I'm in no way trying to blame anyone, as I believe it was a simple misunderstanding between us. I had spoken with at least 20 auto parts recyclers before I found your company and the service provided by your company is outstanding compared to the majority of people I spoke with. I will recommended you to all my friends and family and will keep you in mind for any future parts requests.

Great set up and web site. The only thing I could really pick on which is pretty important is price.
How much do all these parts cost? I know a phone call is easy but I'm a shift worker who does permanent graveyard shifts and cannot always be up to contact you during business hours so a price guide is my only request. Also you rebuilt a starion engine for me back in 2000 and its still going strong and I haven't had anu minor or major concerns with it. Thanks!
